INCLUSIVE Daily Room Rates: |

All our Daily Room Rates INCLUDE 10% Service Charge, 7%
Government Tax, 1% Municipal Tax and BREAKFAST. In many
hotels/guest houses these items are often "hidden extras"
which you suddenly get hit with when checking in/out and
which unexpectedly add a lot to the cost of your stay. These
items need to be considered when comparing hotel prices
for your budget. (See below "Hidden Extras")
"LONG STAY" Discounts:
We are pleased to offer "SPECIAL DISCOUNT PACKAGES"
between April to October for stays of 11 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS or longer.
Room Occupancy:
As all rooms contain only one double bed, or twin single
beds, we only permit TWO persons to stay overnight in a
room unless by prior agreement when booking.
There is an additional charge of 300 Baht/Night on top of the standard Daily
Room Rates shown above for Twin-Bedded rooms.
We will also be pleased to arrange for an additional single bed to be supplied
in our Large Superior and Large Deluxe Rooms, at the appropriate
additional cost, so they may cater for three guests in the room.
Single Occupancy (Companion Free):
If you are a single occupant, we make NO CHARGE should
you wish a companion to stay with you overnight, plus we will be pleased to
offer them a FREE BREAKFAST when they accompany you
to our Rim Suan Restaurant on the ground floor of
the hotel.
Hidden Extras :
Many CHEAPER
hotels/guest houses might look a good deal BUT
think of the "HIDDEN
EXTRAS" you could get hit with during
your stay in that hotel :

NO Compulsory Special Meal Surcharges: |
|
WARNING: Many hotels now make an additional compulsory surcharge PER GUEST for a special Christmas Dinner, New Years Eve Dinner, Thai New Years Eve (Songkran) Dinner, ect. These special surcharges must be paid by the guest to obtain a booking for the day concerned irrespective of whether the guest wishes to have the special meal or not. The cost is usually quite excessive so guests also need to consider this additional charge when comparing hotel prices over these periods.
We DO NOT have any compulsory Special Meal Surcharges.
