Our rooms are located on three floors and vary in size. |

1st Floor (Standard and Large First Class Rooms) |
|
Large First Class Rooms are a comfortable 16 square meters excluding the sizable en-suite shower room. These rooms have smaller windows than others. (see "Room Features")
2nd Floor (Superior and Large Superior Rooms)
There are two sizes of rooms with the Standard Superior Rooms being over 17 square meters and the large Superior Rooms about 21 square meters, both excluding their spacious en-suite shower rooms.
3rd Floor (Large Superior and Large Deluxe Rooms)
These are the largest rooms in the hotel with the Large Superior Rooms measuring approximately 22 square meters and the Large Deluxe Rooms being a generous 25 square meters. Again, these measurements are excluding their large en-suite shower rooms. |

Single Occupancy (Companion welcome) : |
|
If you are a single occupant, we
make NO CHARGE should you wish a companion to stay overnight
with you and we will be pleased to offer them a FREE BREAKFAST
if they accompany you to our "Rim Suan Restaurant"
on the ground floor of the hotel.
Many hotels/guest houses charge a "Joiners Fee"
of between 100-3,000 Baht/Night for joining companions no
matter whether you've paid "per room" or not. |

ADDITIONAL TEMPORARY GUESTS:
A third, or more, temporary overnight guests in a room, without an additional bed, will be charged 600 Baht/Night per guest. This rate does NOT INCLUDE breakfast.

Beds :
All our First Class and Standard Superior Rooms have a Queen-size
Bed (5"~ 1.52m wide) in them, whilst all other rooms
have a King-size Bed (6"~ 1.83m) in them.
We can provide Twin Single Beds in our Large Superior and
Large Deluxe Rooms at the appropriate extra charge.
Windows :
All Superior and Deluxe Rooms have full-width, half-height
windows, whilst our First Class Rooms have higher full-width
windows with limited views.
Electronic Safes :
All rooms are equipped with an electronic safe, plus a larger
steel safe (FREE padlock supplied), for the protection of
your valuables.

Additional FREE facilities in LARGE SUPERIOR and LARGE DELUXE ROOMS:
All Large Superior and Large Deluxe Rooms additionally have a DVD player, plus the supply of tea/coffee is free in these rooms
We also provide 60 minutes of free internet usage either via our cordless Wi-Fi system, land line or designated Internet Shop.

All floors are equiped with fire extinguishers and "Emergency Exit" signs, plus all rooms have Emergency Exit Route" diagrams for guest information.
Disabilities/Health:
We are a small hotel and don't have a lift (elevator) so if you have a problem with stairs, or general mobility, or have any disabilities that might affect your stay with us then please tell us so we can advise you whether the room you have chosen is suitable and if we can cater for any special needs you might require.
